Where possible, bet sport will notify you in advance before closing an account and give you the opportunity to resolve any issues. Balances and withdrawals may be placed on hold during an investigation. If you are cleared, your full balance will be returned.
If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact the support team. Any remaining balance will be withdrawn before the account is closed.
